What is it?

Personal Nutrition Coaching is for any member looking to make a change to their life by taking a balanced and sustainable approach to food and nutrition. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, gain muscle or just understand nutrition and be a healthier version of yourself. We can cover it all.
Our goal is:

  • To give you the knowledge and confidence to take control of your nutrition habits for life; not just the summer

  • Support you with the accountability you need to build long term sustainable habits

  • Help you learn the FACTS about nutrition and navigate the myriad of quick fix diets, instagram fads and yo-yo diets that do not work long term

  • Help you understand a healthy diet is not about restriction but balance

how does it work?

 

  • Firstly, we need to understand your goals. Everything we do must have a WHY. Whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, improved sleep / energy or simply greater confidence in how to eat for health and performance.

  • Next, we will look at where you are today. Throughout the first week, we will ask you to track what you are eating and drinking using a great, simple and intuitive app

  • Then, each week we will make small incremental improvements to your nutrition and lifestyle to give you a solid foundation to build from

  • By the end of the programme, we want you to feel empowered with the knowledge you need to turn your nutrition around and get you to your goals.

  • Making long term sustainable change in your nutrition habits and lifestyle takes time. We need to bed in new habits, mindset and choices to be the new normal. We don’t want you to make just a short-term change, then revert back from to your “old” eating and lifestyle habits.

  • We want you to be confident in your choices and be able to fuel your training with whole foods that will deliver long term health benefits.

Our initial programme lasts two-months, from there it’s up to you if you continue working with us on a weekly / bi-weekly basis.

Included is an initial 1-2-1 1 hour consultation and 7 day access to coaches and our very own nutrition manual.

Then a weekly 20 min 1-2-1 check in. (check ins are either remote or in person)

how much does it cost?
 

  • Week 1 Full 7 day tracking and 1 hour consultation = £49 

  • Week 2 - 9 Ongoing coaching and check in meetings (20 mins) = £25 per week (total £249)

  • or a one off payment of £225 for the full course
