Our classes are all based on our FS360 programme, 8-12 weeks periodised progressive strength and conditioning designed to get you to peak performance! 60 minutes of fully coached strength and fitness designed to get you fitter and stronger!

Which classes should I do and how many?:

You choose which and how many classes you attend based on your lifestyle and training goals.

Our classes are all FS360 so we follow our FIRST SPACE formula but the focus will be different on each class based on where we are in the programme.

Our expert coaches are always on hand to help you choose the right classes, get the most out of your sessions and to help you reach your full potential. ​​​​

What if I have specific targets and goals like a race or challenge?
Our FS360 programme is designed to get you 4 weeks away from peak performance. If you trust the process, work hard, stay consistent and follow the programme we can help get you there! Things like fitness racing are a great challenge. Our COMPETE programme is designed with that in mind. Build your foundation in our FS360 programme then fine tune your skills with our help.
Also our OPEN GYM sessions are available during the day so you can come in and work on your own with help on hand for any advice or guidance.
